Helpful Health Hint: SLEEPING
If you are having a problem sleeping, place a hot water bottle (covered with a towel) on your solar plexus area. (The area at the mid upper abdominal area limited above by the ribs.)
If you sleep on your side, hold the water bottle in place with one arm. Believe it or not, this procedure will facilitate better sleep, especially if you have had a particularly tough day.
